TLS Protocol Versions Support
The following protocols can be supported by SSL/TLS:
- IBM i Operating System Version 7.1 supports -- *TLSV1
- IBM i Operating System Version 7.2 supports -- *TLSV1.2, *TLSV1.1, *TLSV1
- IBM i Operating System Version 7.3 supports -- *TLSV1.2, *TLSV1.1, *TLSV1
- Transport Layer Security version 1.2 protocol (TLSV1.2)
- Transport Layer Security version 1.1 protocol (TLSV1.1)
- Transport Layer Security version 1.0 protocol (TLSV1.0)
- SSL_V2, SSL_V3: Protocols are insecure and MFT IBM i Platform Server product disables them
- TLSV1, TLS_V1.0, TLS_V1.1, and TLS_V1.2: Protocols are secure and MFT IBM i Platform Server product enables them
