Sending IFS Files Using the Command Line

Instead of following the Send IFS File command parameter fields display rules, after the first Send IFS File command screen is displayed, you can press F9. And as you press the Page Down key, all the parameter fields in the Send IFS File command are displayed.

Procedure

  1. Enter the command CFSNDIFSF on the command line and press F4.
    The following command screen is displayed:

  2. Enter Remote Location or *IPADDR and From IFS File Path mandatory parameter fields and press F9.

    Note: If a remote location has not been defined, you can still use the command line. When the value for the remote location is set to *IPADDR, an additional parameter field Internet Address is displayed to hold the IP address or an IP name of the remote system as shown below.
  3. Enter values in the parameter fields as required. For parameter descriptions, see the Send and Receive IFS File Parameters section.
    Press the Page Down key for the rest of the parameter fields.
