Auto-start Job Entries
IBM i has the functionality to automatically start a job when a related subsystem is started.
You can create an auto-start job entry for the following jobs:
- Start TCP/IP using the
STRTCP
command
- Start Initiator Scheduler using the
CFSTRINT command
- Start Responder Service using the
CFSTRRSP command
