Directory Transfer Parameters

The following table shows parameters you can use to perform directory transfers:
Parameter (Alternate Specification) Description
DirTransfer0Files (d0) Defines the status of the directory transfer when zero files are in the directory.

The valid values are:

  • F: When no files are transferred on a directory transfer, the transfer is a failed transfer.
  • S: When no files are transferred on a directory transfer, the transfer is a successful transfer.
The default value is F.
ScanSubDir (ssd) Defines whether all subdirectories from the file path are scanned.
Note: This parameter only applies to directory transfers.

The valid values are Y or N.

StopOnFailure (sonf) Defines whether to stop transferring the rest of files in the directory when the current file transfer fails.
Note: This parameter applies to directory transfers and distribution list transfers.
The valid values are Y or N.
Test Defines whether to display the file names without doing the actual transfers, so that you can verify whether the file names are correct before the actual transfers.
