This parameter defines whether unused space is released when the Platform Server creates a file. The default value of YES indicates releasing unused space, NO indicates not releasing unused space. This parameter can also be specified by the SPACE parameter. If you specify the SPACE parameter, the default value is the same as specifying SPACERELEASE=NO. Specifying RLSE on the SPACE parameters is the same as specifying SPACERELEASE=YES.
