Installing on Windows

To install Apache Kafka on Windows platforms, complete these steps

Procedure

  1. Download the installation package. 
    TIB_msg-akd-core_2.6.x_win_x86_64.exe
  2. Run the binary installers.
    Double-click the installation package icon.
    Follow the installation prompts to complete the process.

Result

Apache Kafka is installed in the following location: C:\tibco\akd\core\2.6
