Required Software
Before you run the installers, ensure that the environment meets all the hardware and software requirements and that you have appropriate privileges to run the installers.Ensure that TIBCO FTL 6.3 or later is already installed.
Ensure that the TIBCO distribution of Apache Pulsar 2.5 or later is already installed.
Java Runtime Environment (JRE), version 8 or later, 64-bit, is required to run Apache Pulsar and other Java applications.

| Linux | For system-based installers, you must have sudo privileges for installation. Special privileges are typically not required when extracting TAR files as long as you have write permission for the extraction target location. |
| macOS | Administrator privileges are required for installation. |
