macOS (Silent Mode)

Procedure

Ensure that the appropriate versions of the TIBCO Apache Kafka Distribution and Python are installed.
Download the installation package.
Open a terminal window and navigate to the directory in which the installer archive package is located.

Run the installer silently.

sudo installer -pkg TIB_msgmx_1.0.0_macosx_x86_64.pkg -target /

Result

MSGMX is installed in

/opt/tibco/msgmx/1.0

Installation also creates a symbolic link to that directory from

/opt/tibco/msgmx/current-version
