Activity IDs

Activity ID numbers are automatically assigned by the application during process creation, however they can be toggled on or off.  Additionally, authors can change activity ID numbers to organize a process into a more logical sequence.

Toggle the display of activity IDs

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click to toggle activity ID numbers on or off.

Change activity IDs

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click the activity to select it.

3.Click Properties.

4.Select the Properties tab.

5.In the ID field, click the arrows to select a value.

6.Click Change.

Note: You cannot have 2 activities with the same ID number.
