Sharing Content

Share diagrams, documents and storyboards with colleagues.

Procedure

1.When viewing a diagram, document details or storyboard details, click Share and choose one of the following options:

•Share by email allows you to email the content link to other users in the system (assuming they have an email address set up).

•Generate a link allows you to copy the content link to your clipboard. You can then paste the link into social networking and instant messaging tools.
