Adding Activities

Add an activity and activity text to a diagram.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click Drawing tools, and then Activity tool.

An activity is added to the diagram.

3.Type activity text into the activity box.

Note: Activities are described using the verb-and-noun format. For example, do this to that.

4.Click outside of the activity box to save it.

Note: You can reposition the activity by clicking and dragging it. To re-size it, move your cursor over one of the edges until the resizing handles appear, and then click and drag the edge of the activity.

5.Click Save and then Done.
