Assigning Draft Promoters to a Single Process Diagram

Assign draft promoters to a process diagram. A process diagram is initially created as a draft version until it is promoted to a master. Draft promoters can promote draft diagrams to master diagrams. By default the person who created the map is automatically assigned as a draft promoter.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and navigate to the diagram you want to assign a draft promoter to.

2.Click View draft.

3.Click Manage users.

4.Ensure Current diagram is selected.

5.Click Next.

6.To add a promoter click in the search field and start typing the name of the user or group. Alternatively, click the down arrow to display a list of users and groups.

The available users or groups will be displayed as you type, therefore you may not need to enter the full name.

7.Click to add them.

Note: To remove a promoter from the list, click the check box to select them, and then click .

8.Click the 2nd down arrow of the user or group in the list, and select can promote draft.

9.Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each user and group you want to add.

10.Click Save.
