Associate Keywords to a Single Diagram

Associate and remove keywords on a single diagram.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and navigate to the diagram you want to associate a keyword to.

2.Select either the draft or master version.

Note: Keywords associated to draft content will remain associated after it's been promoted to a master. Associating a keyword to master content will also apply it to the draft.

3.In the Diagram details section, click Edit details.

4.In the Keywords search field, start typing a keyword.

Note: The available keywords will be displayed as you type.

5.Click the keyword to add it.

Note: To remove a keyword click x.

6.Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each keyword you want to add.

7.Click OK.

Note: The Diagram details section will display all the keywords that are associated to a particular diagram. Clicking any of the keywords in this section will take you to the Keywords page where you can see any other content the keyword is associated to.
