Printing Microsoft PowerPoint Files

Save the current diagram as a Microsoft PowerPoint file for offline viewing and hard copy printing.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and navigate to the diagram you want to print.

2.Open either the master or draft version.

3.Click and then either:

Export draft to > Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)

Export master to > Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)

4.Choose the Scope and Orientation.

5.Click Export.
