Searching for Keywords

Procedure

1.Click the Keywords link on the navigation bar.

2.From the Keyword groups column select either All keywords, or the group you want to search in.

3.In the Search keywords field enter your search criteria.

Note: The list will be displayed as you type, therefore it may not be necessary to type the full search text.

4.Select the keyword to display all the process diagrams, documents and storyboards that the keyword is associated to.
