Adding Diagram Links and Attachment Diagram Links

Diagram links and attachment diagram links allow users to navigate between diagrams where a common process exists.  Links can be added to activities, free text, images and flow lines.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click Processes library.

3.In the panel that opens navigate to the process diagram you want to link to.

4.Drag and drop the link onto the object.

Note: A diagram link added to an activity will be displayed as an arrow icon on the object; when clicked it will take the user directly to the linked diagram.  A link added to a flow line, free text or image is an attachment diagram link.  These are accessible by selecting the object, and then Links from the Properties panel.
