Editing Lines

Modify the text, links and style of a line.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click the line to select it.

3.Click Properties.

4.In the panel that opens the following tabs are available:

Text allows you to modify the line and commentary text. Selecting the Display commentary as hint text? check box will allow users to view the commentary text as hint text when they mouseover the line. You can also choose to add an external connection by selecting the check box. This is used when part of a process resides outside of the application and you want to mark an input or output flow line as externally connected.

Links allows you to manage attachments and flow line links.

Style allows you to modify the line color.

5.   Click Save and then Done.
