Moving Objects

If you are either an administrator or author, you can move objects such as activities, flow lines, images and text boxes from a diagram to another part of the process map.

Note: To move objects, the source and destination diagrams must be unlocked, and you must have the correct access rights.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Select one or more objects to move.

Note: Hold Ctrl to select multiple objects.

3.Click Move.

4.From the Diagram explorer, select the diagram you want to move the object to and click the Move button in the banner at the top.

Note: Any attachments connected to the object are also moved.
