Creating Statement Set Reports

Procedure

1.Click the Statement Sets link on the navigation bar and navigate to the statement set you want to create a report on.

2.Click and then Create report.

3.Choose a category from the following options:

Statement details

Statement links

Audit history

 

Note: Selecting a category will display the report types available.  Each report type gives a brief description of the details that will be included in the report.  Further information on all the statement set reports available can be found below.

4.   Select a report and click Next.

5.   Select the scope and click Create report.

Note: The Progress manager can be accessed anytime to cancel a queued report, or open one that’s already compiled.

Statement set reports

 

 

Statements: Builds a list of all statement records and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.

Statement usage: Builds a list of all statement records and includes the total number of links to the statement.

Linked statements: Builds a list of all statements and for each statement record includes all the linked statements.

Statement data, links and link audits: Builds a list of all the statements and for each statement record includes all the statement links, and for each statement link includes all the statement link audit records.

Statement audits: Builds a list of all statement audit records and includes information such as the compliance statement, audit status, audit description, etc.

Statement audits and statement data: Builds a list of all statement audit records and includes information such as the statement, statement's additional data, audit status, audit description, etc.

Statement audit log: Builds a list of all statement audit log records and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.

Statement audits audit log: Builds a list of all statement audits audit log records and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.
