Add and remove columns

Columns can be added, removed and reordered.

 

 


 

 

1.From the View menu choose Column Customizing.

 

2.Do one of the following:

 

Click and drag columns from the Customize window into a position in the Document Registry.

 

To remove a column from the Document Registry, click and drag the column header from the Document Registry into the Customize window.

 

To reorder columns in the Document Registry, click and drag the column header to a new position.

 

Note: Green arrows will appear to indicate where a column can be added.
