Copy data table values to statement links

Data held within selected data table attachment fields can be copied from activities to any linked statements across a scope of diagrams for a nominated statement set.

Note: This operation is available to administrators and statement set managers only.

1.From the Tools menu choose Statement Links, then Copy Activity Data Tables to Statement Links.

2.Choose the statement set and data table to work with.

Note: The data table assigned to statement links for the selected statement set must be the same as the data table that you are working with. If no data table is currently assigned then the selected data table will be automatically assigned to the selected statement set (as the data table associated with its statement links) before copying the data over.

3.Choose the scope of diagrams for the operation, then click OK.
