The Document Registry is a document management system that allows the control and management of external files, such as MS Office files, drawings, multimedia files, etc., that support your organization's processes. Documents are accessible in both the author client and in the web server.
Cached Records Mode Cached Records Mode allows all documents in the Document Registry to be cached in memory. By enabling this option, you can filter, sort and group column data in the Document Registry, and navigation is smoother (since the documents are preloaded). If Cached Records Mode is disabled, memory is saved as documents are loaded as required, however the navigation experience may not be as smooth.
To enable Cached Records Mode, from the View menu in the Document Registry choose Cache All Records Mode. |
