Import a map

Packaged maps can be imported (unpacked) into any process repository.

1.	From the File menu choose Unload Packaged Map.

2.	Click Select Packages to locate and select the packaged (.cpk) map.

3.Select or deselect any of the following import options:

Overwrite existing templates will overwrite any existing templates in the process repository that have the same name.

Overwrite existing storyboards will overwrite any existing storyboards in the process repository that have the same name (if storyboards are included in the package). If this option is not selected then duplicate storyboards will not be unpacked.

Unload differences in existing data table definitions will create copies of data tables and pop-up lists with the same names but which have structural differences (such as additional data table fields or additional pop-up list items).

Overwrite existing data tables will overwrite any existing data tables and pop-up lists in the process repository that have the same name.

4.	Choose the location to import the packaged map into from either the root of the process repository or a folder contained within it and click OK.

5. Choose one of the following options and click OK:

•Internal backup or transfer should be selected if the content is only for re-use or for an internal backup. All personal information will be maintained. This option should not be selected if you intend the content to be transferred to a third party as doing so will breach data-privacy regulations.

•Received from TIBCO Nimbus for support purposes should be selected if the content was originally sent from your company and received back from Nimbus®. All personal information will be maintained. Do not select this option if you are not certain of the origin of the content.

•Received from an external company or organization should be selected if the content has been received from an external company or organization. All personal information will be removed from the content.

•Unknown should be selected if the source of the content is unknown. All personal information will be removed from the content.

Note: You can create a new folder within the process repository by clicking New Folder. If the system settings do not permit web links or file attachments to be added to objects, you will be prompted to choose whether to add any web links and/or file attachments in the packaged map to the Document Registry, or to remove the attachments entirely.
