Report on the Document Registry

A number of document-based reports can be run from the Document Registry.

How to access the Document Registry

1.If you are running a report against a selected scope of documents, hold Ctrl and select the documents that you want to report against.

2.From the Manage menu choose Reports, then select a report.

Feedback List builds a list of all feedback within a specified scope of documents, and includes information such as feedback title, user, date, diagram, etc.

Change Log List builds a list of all diagram change log entries across a specified scope of documents.

Keywords Report builds a list of all the keywords that are associated across a scope of documents.

User Group Associations Report builds a report to show all the user groups that are associated across a scope of diagrams or documents.

Subscriptions List builds a list of subscriptions within a specified scope of documents.

Acknowledgement Log List builds a list of acknowledgement logs for a specified scope of documents.

Acknowledgement Progress builds a list of the acknowledgement statuses for each acknowledger on each document within a specified scope of documents. This can help to show where any delays exists in the acknowledgement cycle.

Acknowledgement Requests List builds a list of acknowledgement requests across a scope of documents.

Acknowledgement Summary builds a high-level overview of the acknowledgement progress for a selected scope of documents.

Access Rights List builds a list to show the default access rights and specific user access rights for all documents across a specified scope of documents.

Actions Audit Trail builds an actions audit trail for a specified scope of diagrams.

Review Progress Report builds a report of the current review statuses of documents across a scope of documents.

Audit Trail List builds a list of audit trail entries for all documents within a specified scope of documents.

My Information List builds a report showing all different functions within the scope of documents where your user account is assigned, e.g. where you are an authorizer, acknowledger, subscriber, author, owner, reviewer, etc.

Assigned Users List builds a list of all authorizers, acknowledger, reviewers, subscribers, owners and authors for a specified scope of diagrams.

Document Registry Files List builds a list of all documents in the Document Registry.

Document Usage Report builds a list of all maps and diagrams where documents are referenced as attachments.

Unused Documents List builds a list of all documents that are not referenced by any diagrams.
