Notifications are an important aspect of managing process content as they ensure that users are notified of any To-do actions that are assigned to them. These To-dos are triggered by key stages within the process management life cycle and ensure this life cycle is backed up by solid workflow to ensure contributors are currently updated with the latest version of a process or document. This guide provides a definitive list of all notification types in Nimbus®, their respective triggers and recipients.

 

Note: Notifications require that the Action Server is installed and configured to utilize your corporation's email system. See the Administration Guide for information on installing and configuring the Action Server. Users must also have an email address and mobile number defined in their user accounts to receive the appropriate notifications.
