Publish a draft storyboard to the web

To allow users to view a draft version of a storyboard in the web interface, it must be published. Note that only storyboards with an authorization status of 'Update Pending' can be published.

1.In the Storyboard Management window (Tools>Storyboards), select the storyboards or folder that you want to publish.

Note: Hold Ctrl to select multiple storyboards to publish. To publish all storyboards then you only need to select one storyboard. If you want to publish all storyboards in a folder then select the folder.

2.From the File menu choose Publish for Web Server.

3.Select the scope of storyboards to publish.

Selected Storyboards will publish all selected storyboards.

All Storyboards will publish all storyboards.

Current Folder will publish all storyboards in a selected folder.

Current Folder and Child Folders will publish all storyboards in a folder and all child folders.

Storyboard Scope List will publish all storyboards within a selected storyboard scope list file.

4.Click OK.
