Creating Storyboard Reports

Procedure

1.Click the Storyboards link on the navigation bar and navigate to the storyboard you want to report on.

2.Select either Master details or Draft details.

3.Click and then Create report.

4.Choose a category from the following options:

Storyboard details

Requests and progress

Statement links

History

 

Note: Selecting a category will display the report types available.  Each report type gives a brief description of the details that will be included in the report.  Further information on all the storyboard reports available can be found below.

5.   Select a report and click Create report.

Note: The Progress manager can be accessed anytime to cancel a queued report, or open one that’s already compiled.

Storyboard reports

 

 

Feedback: Builds a list of all feedback and includes information such as feedback title, user, date, storyboard, etc.

Storyboard dependency: Builds a list of diagrams that would affect the storyboard if changes were made.

Storyboard usage: Builds a list of any storyboard that the current storyboard is linked to.

Acknowledgements: Builds a list of all user acknowledgements.

Acknowledgement progress: Builds a list of the acknowledgement status for each acknowledger on each storyboard. This can help to show where any delays exist in the acknowledgement cycle.

Acknowledgement requests: Builds a list of all acknowledgement requests.

Acknowledgement summary: Builds a summarized list of all acknowledgement requests.

Statements: Builds a list of statements that are linked to activities and includes information such as the storyboard name, diagram title, activity text, etc.

Publishing and downloads: Builds a list of storyboards that have been published and downloaded by users.
