Creating Process Maps

Create a new process map.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar.

2.Click Add new map.

Note: If you want to create a map within an existing folder, you must first navigate to the folder.

3.Type a name for the map in the Map name field.

4.You will be automatically assigned as the owner and author. To assign a different owner or author click X to delete your username, and then type the name of the user that you want to assign.

Hovering over a user might display additional user attributes. These will only be available if they've been added to the user's account, and might include job title, department, reports to, and description. This can be particularly useful in differentiating between users with similar names.

5.Click Create map.
