Actions

The Actions page allows you to search for actions based on criteria such as owner, subject, category, etc. You can also view and manage your own actions and sign off actions that are currently assigned to you. This page is available to users with "Actions" permission enabled and to administrators.

To access the Actions page, on the navigation bar, click the Actions link . The following table lists the actions and the user permissions required to perform the tasks:

Actions to perform	Who can access
Create a new action	Administrators, action managers, and action creators only.
Search for actions	Administrators and everyone belonging to the user group with "Actions" permission enabled
Create reports	Administrators and users with "Reports in web" permission enabled
Go to the Actions settings page	Administrators and action managers only
