You can configure settings for actions such as create, edit, and delete action categories, action owner status, and assignee status. To go to the Actions settings page, on the Actions page, click and then select Actions settings. Alternatively, you can select the Settings link from the navigation bar and then select Actions.

If you are an administrator, an action manager, or an action creator, you can add, edit, and delete action categories, owner status, assignee status, and add action additional fields.

Note:

The default action category is "Uncategorized actions". You cannot edit or delete it.

Default owner statuses are Active, Completed, Closed, and Deleted. You cannot delete them.

Default Assignee statuses are Active, Completed, and Deleted.
