Content Languages

If you are an administrator, you can configure the languages that can be used for the content in your processes.

•You can create content in a single language. However, you can add more content languages and translate existing content. Note that, when you add a new language, translation does not happen automatically. You have to translate the content manually.
For example, if you have created your process in English and later add French. In this case, you must translate the process in French so that viewers can see it in French.

•One of the content languages must be marked as a default language. A default language is used as a fallback for content that has not yet been translated into other nondefault languages.

•You can set any language of your choice as a default language and change it any time. Note that before changing the default language, all the content must have text in that language.

•You can add as many languages as you want to use for the content that you create.

Note: After you have set a default language and configured to use more than one language, you can switch languages by using the Switch language icon in the collaboration bar at the top when you are editing diagrams.
