As an author, you can copy an entire process map to a new folder from the Processes page. Procedure 1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar to open the Processes page and navigate to the map you want to copy. 2.Click 3.In the Copy process map dialog box that opens, select a map folder, and then click Next. To cancel the operation, click Cancel. To copy the map to the root folder, click Next. 4.The name of the map is auto populated in the Map name field. You can change the name if you want to. 5.In the Include section, the Data in data tables and External flow line links check boxes are selected by default. If you do not want to include either the data in the data tables or the external flow line links, clear the appropriate check boxes and then click Copy process map. |
