Editing Activities

Modify the text, properties, links, and style of an activity.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click the activity to select it.

3.Click Properties.

4.In the panel that opens the following tabs are available:

Text allows you to modify the activity text, commentary text, and add some notes. Selecting the Display commentary as hint text? check box will allow users to view the commentary text as hint text when they mouseover the activity.

Properties allows you to modify the activity ID and add a tag. Additionally, you can label activities for automation when exporting to Business Studio.
Note: This option is only available if Automation Properties has been enabled in Administration> System Options>Advanced in the Author Client.

Links allows you to manage drilldowns, diagram links, attachments, statement links and resources.

Style allows you to modify the border and background colors.

5.Click Done.
