Exporting to Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)

Export process content to a .bpmn file in BPMN 2.0 standard format for interoperability with other process software. Automation properties are managed by administrators in the Author Client.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and go to the diagram you want to export.

2.Open either the draft or master version.

3.Click and then click one of the following options:

•Export draft to > Business Process Model and Notation (.bpmn)

•Export master to > Business Process Model and Notation (.bpmn)

4.In the Export to... dialog, you can change the type of export format.

5.Select the Scope. The available scopes are: Current diagram, Current diagram and lower levels, and Process map.

6.Select the items you want to include when exporting and then click Export.

7.If you select a single diagram to export, the file is downloaded immediately. If you scope the export, the download appears in the Progress Manager and you can download when the export is completed.
