TIBCO® Order Management

TIBCO® Order Management (TIBCO OM) is an elastic, catalog-driven order management system for digital service providers, such as telecom and media operators. It accepts orders from any customer engagement system, decomposes the order into the right elements, and orchestrates the tasks required for fulfilling the orders. TIBCO Order Management covers both short-lived and long lead-time orders. Starting with this release, the previously independent TIBCO Order Management-Long Running and TIBCO Order Management-Low Latency product components have been consolidated into one OM product under the same GUI and API. In the previous release, the capabilities of TIBCO Fulfillment Order Management (FOM) software were reorganized into two independent software products: TIBCO® Order Management (OM) and TIBCO® Offer and Price Engine (OPE). Customers who have an active maintenance or subscription contract for FOM are entitled to upgrade to both OM and OPE. TIBCO will continue to support FOM; there is currently no plan to retire TIBCO FOM. New capabilities will be developed in OPE and OM.
