Fixed copy sync problem when copying horizons from OpenWorks to Geoframe or Kingdom. The problem is encountered with OpenWorks grids that are not associated with a surface (15843, 15865).
Fixed a problem where retrieving the ThicknessAbove, ThicknessBelow, MajorAxisLength, and MinorAxisLength columns from EpiDrilling_TabularTarget resulted in an exception being thrown (15713).
