Please indicate the versions of Windows, ArcGIS Extension, ArcGIS Desktop, and OpenSpirit that you are using in any support communication.
To locate the log files you can click on the Configure Options toolbar icon:
and then on the "Help and Support" tab and click on the "Contact Support" button:
This will bring up a message dialog informing you of the location of the ArcGIS Extension's log files and configuration file that should be provided when submitting a support request.
The TIBCO OpenSpirit support web portal is opened when the Ok button is pressed. Log into the support portal using your support account and enter a new service request. Attach the log files and configuration file to the service request.
Click on the "Open log folder" button to open a Windows file explorer window to the folder containing the ArcGIS Extension's log files.
