The Online Help section of the Help and Support dialog is used to control where the OpenSpirit extension obtains its help files.
Select the Use online help files option to have the OpenSpirit extension pick up this help guide from TIBCO's documentation web site. This option requires you to have an internet connection. It also insures you have the most up to date version of the help guide. Select the Use custom location if you do not have access to the internet or prefer to pick up the help guide from your local file system. The help files must be downloaded from the same download site used to obtain the OpenSpirit extension and unzipped into a file system that your ArcGIS Pro users have access to.
