location of the configuration file that controls the OpenSpirit adapter's behavior
It also allows you to set the desired level of detail for a log file and whether you want messages to be displayed in the Petrel message window and status bar. Note that logging at the "Diagnostic" level of detail can generate a lot of messages and may slow down performance. "Warning" is the default level.
The Use custom location field can be used to access the Petrel Adapter's help from a local file system rather than from the TIBCO web site. This may be required if you need to access help from a computer that does not have access to the internet. To use this option, you will need to download the zip file containing the Petrel Adapter's help form the TIBCO download site. Unzip the file into a local file system folder. Check the Use custom location option and select the top level folder named OpenSpiritPetrelAdapter that was created by the unzipping of the Petrel Adapter's help.
