Routes

This is an overview of the routes that this server is configured to participate in. You can perform the following tasks:

Creating a Route
  1. Click the New Route button.

  2. On the Create a New Route page, enter the details for Route Name and URL of the other EMS server, and any additional properties.

  3. Click Create.

Suspending, Resuming, Editing, and Deleting Routes
  1. Click the three-dots menu next to a route to perform a task.

  2. Select Suspend, Resume, Edit, or Delete.

Note:
  • The Suspend and Resume option can be applied even if the route is disconnected.
  • The Edit option cannot remove OAuth settings. You must delete the route and re-create the route.
Sorting Routes by Columns

You can sort routes by clicking the arrows on a column heading.

These columns are described in the following table:

Column Description
Name The name of the other EMS server of the route.
URL The client URL of the other server of the route.
Conn ID When connected, the ID of the connection between the two servers.
In Rate Inbound bytes per second of routed messages.
Out Rate Outbound bytes per second of routed messages.
Backlog Total size of message data waiting to be routed.
Status

Each route has the following possible states:

  • Connected: Connected and not suspended or stalled.

  • Stalled: Connected but not operating optimally.

  • Suspended: Connected, but this route has been configured to not participate in routing messages.

  • Disconnected: Not connected to the other server, not exchanging messages.
