Managing Users
You can manage users in TIBCO Platform Console.
- Procedure
- Navigate to User Management > Users.
- Click Add users and specify the email addresses of the users. You can also add multiple users at once. Click Next.
- You can see the invitation sent successfully notification. To see the added users in the Users table, click View Users.
Managing Users Information
You can view the following information in the users table:

Email: An email of the user. Click the email to view the user's details.

Last Login: Displays the last time when a user signed in.

State: Displays the user status. Users are initially Invited, at which point an email is sent to their email address. Once that email is acted upon and the user establishes the account, the status changes to Active.
You can perform the following tasks by clicking the vertical ellipsis icon of invited users.

Resend invitation: If the user has not received the email sign-in invitation, you can resend it.

Retract invitation: Cancel the invitation.
