Updating Permissions
You can update the permissions of users and groups from the Users and Groups pages.
Note: If you update the user or groups permissions and if the user is already signed in, the user must reload the page for the changes to take complete effect in the UI.
Before you begin You must have Team Admin permission to manage users and user permissions.
Updating User Permissions
- Procedure
- In TIBCO Control Plane, navigate to User Management > Users.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the user.
- Click Update permissions.
- Add new permission or delete an existing permission.
- Preview the permissions assigned to user.
- Click Update Permissions.
Updating Group Permissions
- Procedure
- In TIBCO Control Plane, navigate to User Management > Groups.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the group.
- Click Update permissions.
- Add new permission or delete an existing permission.
- Preview the permissions assigned to group.
- Click Update Permissions.
Revoking Permissions
You can revoke permissions assigned to the user or group.
Before you begin You must have Team Admin permission to manage users and user permissions.
Revoking User Permissions
- Procedure
- In TIBCO Control Plane, navigate to User Management > Users.
- Click email address of a user. The permissions assigned to the user are displayed.
- Click the verticle ellipsis icon next to a permission.
- Click Revoke permission.
Revoking Group Permissions
- Procedure
- In TIBCO Control Plane, navigate to User Management > Groups.
- Click group name. The permissions assigned to the group are displayed.
- Click the verticle ellipsis icon next to a permission.
- Click Revoke permission.
