TIBCO Control Plane and Data Plane Overview

TIBCO Control Plane brings together a range of capabilities to give you a unified experience. TIBCO Control Plane enables you to manage and monitor TIBCO capabilities running on any cloud platform or bare-metal. Managing a large number of business applications; starting from deployment, integration, scaling, flexibility for future changes, and monitoring pose a challenge to organizations. TIBCO Control Plane helps to solve many of these challenges.

TIBCO Control Plane is an interface used to deploy, manage, and monitor TIBCO applications and capabilities on cloud and bare-metal infrastructures. TIBCO Control Plane enables you to provision, manage, and monitor all of your data planes from one central place. TIBCO Control Plane is available as two offerings: TIBCO® Operated Control Plane and TIBCO Control Plane. In TIBCO Operated Control Plane, all aspects including infrastructure, storage, resources, and security are fully managed by TIBCO. In TIBCO Control Plane, you must manage all aspects such as deployment, storage, resources, and security.

Data Plane is a logical group of TIBCO applications, capabilities, and third-party supporting tools running on cloud or bare-metal. Data plane serves as a platform to run multiple capabilities.

    TIBCO Flogo® enables developers to easily build ultralight, event-driven microservices and functions using a browser-based flow designer.
