Uninstalling TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director Service Pack-001 and Proxy Host Service Pack-001

To revert the Service Pack patch applied to the TIBCO Host Instances and Nodes in an enterprise managed by TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director, perform the following steps on every TIBCO Host instance in the TIBCO ActiveMatrix enterprise where the service pack was applied:

1. Shut down all TIBCO Host instances hosting TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director Administrator.
2. At the command prompt, change directory to <TIBCO_HOME>/amx/3.2/bin.
3. To uninstall TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director services Service Pack-001, run:

   tibamx_patchmgr revertPatch -configHomeLocation <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>
   -instanceName <HostInstanceName> -ID amx.platform.patch:3.2.0.HF4
   
   tibamx_patchmgr revertPatch -configHomeLocation <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>
   -instanceName <HostInstanceName> -ID governance.ogp.patch:1.0.100
   	  
   tibamx_patchmgr revertPatch -configHomeLocation <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>
   -instanceName <HostInstanceName> -ID governance.pd.patch:1.0.100

4. To uninstall TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director Proxy Host Service Pack-001, run:

   tibamx_patchmgr revertPatch -configHomeLocation <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME>
   -instanceName <HostInstanceName> -ID amx.platform.patch:3.2.0.HF4
   
   tibamx_patchmgr revertPatch -configHomeLocation <TIBCO_CONFIG_HOME> 
   -instanceName <HostInstanceName> -ID governance.psm.patch:1.0.100
   
   NOTE: After applying a patch, if you have created new nodes on a TIBCO 
         Host Instance, you cannot revert a patch on the instance.

5. From <TIBCO_HOME>/tools/universal_installer/, run TIBCOUniversalInstaller.
6. In the TIBCO Installation Manager, perform the following steps:
   1. Select Uninstall Products from the selected TIBCO Home Location.
   2. Cick Next.
   3. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
7. Select Custom Uninstall, and click Next.
8. Perform the following steps:
   1. Select TIBCO ActiveMatrix Policy Director 1.0.1, and click Next.
   2. The Pre Uninstall Summary screen is displayed. Click Uninstall.
9. Start the TIBCO Host instance.
