Policy Management Phases

Creating and applying runtime policy involves these phases:

Defining governed object group
Publishing governed object group
Defining the policy
Associating the policy with one or more object groups
Deploying the policy (by default, deployment activates the policy)

To apply policies on proxy applications, you register the target service, create a proxy application for the service, and apply your runtime policies to the proxy application.
