Authorization by Role

Authorization by Role is a security policy that ensures that a request is authorized based on the role used in the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) tokens.

This authorization is applicable to the following endpoints:

AMX Service Binding Instance (SOAP, SOAP/HTTP, SOAP/JMS, REST/HTTP)
BW ServiceEndpoint (SOAP, SOAP/HTTP, SOAP/JMS)
AMX WebApp Component Instance
