Installation Requirements

Before running the installer on Windows or Linux systems, you must log in as a user with appropriate permissions, and ensure your system meets the hardware and software requirements.

If you plan on installing in an existing installation environment, stop all processes that are using Java from TIBCO_HOME.

At the end of installation, the installer launches TIBCO Configuration Tool. Use the tool to create runtime objects such as an Administration server and perform configuration tasks. Your environment must meet additional requirements to run the tool.
