Adding a Library to Spotfire Analytics for macOS

You can connect Spotfire Analytics for macOS to a Spotfire® Server and display the contents of its library.

About this task

Perform this task from the Spotfire Analytics for macOS app.

You must have the Spotfire Server URL and credentials to log in to the server.

From the Spotfire Analytics for macOS app left pane, click Add Library.
The Add Library dialog box is displayed.
In the Add Library dialog box, provide the URL and display name for the server.
When you provide the URL, the Username and Password fields might or might not be present, depending on whether the server uses browser-based authentication.
If the Username and Password fields are present, provide your credentials for this server.
After you add the library, an icon with the specified display name is displayed in the left pane of the Libraries window.
Click the new library display name to connect.
The contents of the Library folder are displayed in the right pane.

Browse to the icon for the Spotfire analysis you want to open, and then click the analysis to display it.
