Connecting Spotfire® Analytics for macOS to TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire®

After installing Spotfire Analytics for macOS, you can configure it to connect to a TIBCO Cloud™ Spotfire® account.

About this task

Perform this task from the Spotfire Analytics for macOS app.

You must have a TIBCO Cloud Spotfire account. You can sign up for a trial account through th TIBCO Cloud web site.

From the Spotfire Analytics for macOS left pane, click Add Library.
The Add Library dialog box is displayed.
Provide the URL for TIBCO Cloud Spotfire, type a Server Display Name, and then click Done.

EU URL https://eu.spotfire-next.cloud.tibco.com

Your default browser (usually Safari) opens, and you are prompted to enter your credentials.
Provide your credentials.
The browser displays the message Do you want to allow this page to open "Spotfire"?.
Click Allow.
The account is connected. The friendly name you provided is displayed under Libraries, and your TIBCO Cloud Spotfire Users folder contents, is displayed in the Library window.

Browse to the icon for the Spotfire analysis you want to open, and then click the analysis to display it.
