Settings

You can update settings from the Settings app, available from your device home screen, or in the Settings view available from the Spotfire® for Apple iOS app sidebar menu.

Change the order of library items shown in the Library view if I'm connected to a legacy server providing Rich Site Summary (RSS) feeds. Sort RSS Feed Device Settings app.
Change how long the app waits for a response from the server.
Default: Set to 60 seconds.
Timeout Both apps.
Change the option to store my user name and password credentials.
Default: Set to on.
Store Credentials Device Settings app.
Specify a uniquely identifiable part of the single sign-on login page web address for my enterprise.
Attention: Do not change this setting without consulting the server administrator.
Default: Set to /ssologin.
SSO URL Device Settings app.
Change the number of times I can tap the Undo button in the analysis Annotation view for undoing or redoing annotation marks.
Default: Set to 10.
Undos Device Settings app.
Change whether to share my usage data with TIBCO Support.
Default: Set to enabled.
Share Usage Data With TIBCO Both apps.
Change whether to capture a log for TIBCO Support.
Default: Disabled.
Note: Because logging app activity can decrease app performance, this setting should be enabled only to report an issue to TIBCO Support. (No passwords or sensitive data are kept in the log.)
Log Application Activity Both apps.
Send the log file and the usage data to TIBCO Support for help. Email Support Spotfire for Apple iOS app.
